 Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering.

Thank you for visiting The Sweet Spot. This website is operated by The Sweet Spot Floral and Cakes Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “our” and “us” refers to The Sweet Spot Floral and Cakes Limited, and “you” and “your” refers to you, the client, website user, visitor, or customer.

Orders

​Orders are acceptable through email or Whatsapp ONLY.

Custom Cake Orders can be placed two weeks to 6 months in advance.

Wedding Cake Orders can be placed six months to 24 months in advance.

Before payment, please confirm all the details listed in the final confirmation.

All cakes are custom-made to order. If changes to the design are needed for your cake order, please get in touch with us immediately. We will inform you if changes are possible or not.

As all dates are on a first-come, first-serve basis, we cannot guarantee availability until full payment of your cake order has been made.

Ingredients

Our products contain dairy, eggs, and gluten, and there may be traces of nuts. If you have any concerns, please get in touch with us for more information.

Pricing

Cake prices will vary depending on the complexity, flavor, and number of servings.

Cake prices are non-negotiable.

If you wish to change or add anything, we reserve the right to provide an additional quotation.

All our cakes come with our signature yellow sponge cake unless specified.

DEPOSIT/Payment

CUSTOM CAKE ORDERS

A 100% down payment is required at the time of ordering.

Customers can pay through Bank Transfer or PayMe ONLY.

Cancellation - All cakes can be canceled, but no refund will be made. 

Once receive the final confirmation, kindly settle the payment within 24 hours. Otherwise, your spot will be released to others without prior notice.

WEDDING ORDERS

For wedding orders, a deposit of $3000.00 is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable payments. It is made to ensure your date is secured and to cover the costs needed to create your order.

Final payment is due THREE weeks before the delivery date unless otherwise agreed. A reminder will be sent, if no payment is received after the reminder is sent, the order will be considered canceled, and the deposit will be lost.

Cancellation/Amendment/postponement

CUSTOM CAKE ORDERS

Cakes can be canceled, but no refunds will be made.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you want to change the date, we must be notified at least TWO weeks before your original date. Change of date will be subject to our schedule and availability.

A 10% surcharge will be incurred with less than two weeks' notice. A 30% surcharge will be incurred with less than ONE week's notice.

WEDDING ORDERS

All wedding cakes require a deposit of $3000.00 at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable payments. It is made to ensure your date is secured and to cover the costs required to create your order.

Any amendments need to be made 1-2 months before the wedding date to allow for changes to our schedule, and they cannot be guaranteed. Significant modifications may incur an additional cost, and the final balance will be adjusted accordingly.

In the event of cancellation by the party, charges are as follows;

• One month before the date = Despoit/booking fee

• Less than one month = Half of the total payment

• Less than two weeks = Full payment

In the event of a wedding postponement, the payment due remains the same as a cancellation. Your wedding can be postponed within six months without additional charges. After six months, you will be charged an additional fee of $3000.00 for securing the date.

Delivery/Pickup

All customized cakes are to be picked up on a confirmed date. 

If cakes are not picked up on the designated date, the cake will be discarded due to limited space.​

We only allow a 1-hour time frame for pickup. All late pickups require an additional $500.00 fee, and rescheduling pickup will depend on our availability.

We reserve the right to refund you the money for your product which has been paid for and received by us, even after the order is confirmed if there are any disputes.

We have a delivery service with an additional charge depending on your location, which is subject to availability.

After the cake has left our bakery, we are not responsible for any damages done afterward unless we deliver the cake.

Weather

If a weather warning is hoisted during our working hours, we will try to contact our customers to work out feasible arrangements.

Customers may choose to proceed with the order or postpone the order.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We cannot be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of our obligations under these terms caused by any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control.
