CAKE ORDERS
Lead-Time
We recommend contacting us at least 1 month in advance for custom cakes. As all dates are first come first serve basis, we cannot guarantee availability until full payment of your cake order has been made.
As The Sweet Spot team is very small, we are only able to take a certain number of orders per month. We highly recommend clients place their orders as soon as possible.
Pricing
We have a minimum order of HKD $1500.00 and up for all custom cakes.
Cake price will vary depending on the complexity, flavor, and number of servings.

Cake Flavors
All our cakes come with our signature yellow sponge cake unless specified.

Servings
All our cakes are at least 5" tall. Our standard recommended slice size is 1" x 1" x 5".

Dietary Restrictions
We do not make any dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, eggless, sugar-less, or sugar-free cakes.
Allergies
We do use nuts in our studio, so there may be traces of nuts in our products.
Payment
100% down payment is required at the time of ordering.
Customers can pay through Bank Transfer or PayMe.
Cancellation - All cakes can be canceled but no refund will be made.
Once received the final confirmation, kindly settle the payment within 24 hours. Otherwise, your seat will be released to others without prior notice.
Delivery/Pickup
Cakes can be picked up at our workshop in Wong Chuk Hang. The address will be provided when the order is confirmed.
Our pickup time is from 11AM - 4PM (Tue - Sun)
To ensure all our other orders are delivered in a timely matter, we only allow a 30-minute time frame for pickup. All late pickups are subjected to a late fee of $500.00.
We do have a delivery service (11AM - 7PM) with an additional charge depending on your location and is subject to availability. Please note the cake must be picked up from the car downstairs of the location provided. Please allow up to a 2-hour time frame during rush hour for delivery.

OUTLAYING ISLANDS: N/A
After the cake has left our bakery, we are not responsible for any damages done afterward unless the cake is delivered by us.
Weather
Pickup/Delivery services will be suspended when typhoon signal no. 8 or a black rainstorm is hoisted. The customer is required to reschedule the pick-up/ delivery date to another date which is within 2 days of the original pick-up / delivery date.
If a weather warning is hoisted during our working hours, we will contact our customers to work out feasible arrangements.
DESIGN
Cake Design
All cake designs are custom-made according to your needs. We have an extensive collection of designs in our gallery. All images provided are used for references only. The final design may vary.
Our Style
Our cakes are a piece of artwork. All intricate designs are either hand-made or hand-painted onto the cake.
To honor our style, we no longer make any human figurines on our cakes.
Photo Printed Cakes
We do not make any photo/printed cakes.
Sculpted 3D Cakes
We only accept simple 3D art cakes. For more complicated designs, we would be happy to recommend other cake artists that can satisfy your design.
Servings
All our cakes are at least 5" tall. Our standard recommended slice size is 1" x 1" x 5".
Fresh Flowers
We do not provide any fresh flowers.
All fresh flower cakes are completed by the florist at the venue. Please inform your florist that the flowers are used on a cake so that they are not poisonous and pesticide-free.
Design Changes
Once payment has been made, the cake design cannot be changed.
Please carefully read the final confirmation details before making any payments. If any information is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.
Date Change
If you would like to change the pickup date, we must be notified at least 1 week in advance prior to your original pickup date. Change of date will be subject to our schedule and availability.
